  • Developing new techniques/methods in 
    • Top-down cleanroom fabrication and manufacturing
    • Microscopic imaging and spectroscopy techniques
    • Bottom-up chemical processing and assembly
    • Optical and electric fields-assisted movement control of nanostructures
    • Electromagnetic/Thermal/Brownian numerical simulations/modeling
